Ordering can be done a number of ways which ever is more convenient:

Orders can be placed directly from this website (once you have an account setup)

OR
The pdf order form can be printed and filled out by hand then faxed, mailed or scanned and emailed to AGS;

OR
Ordering can be done over the phone by ringing AGS.
